“Before they moved to Zushi, sea side, 808 was originally located in Shimokitazawa where I grew up and between our house and station (dangerous!!). So I used to go so often.
The owner, Mr. Uno is such a character, he loves collecting American vintage staff such as old skateboard, vintage Levi’s poster, lump shade etc. so he has lots to say and it’s always interesting.
I love the mojito there. Which you can choose the fruits from his selection usually seasonal fruits. Also he loves inventing new drink / spirit like smoked gin or something like that.
